Care instructions

Tumblers should be hand washed only. They are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. They should also not be left in hot cars, or in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. They are durable...but not indestructible.

When will my order ship?
Ready to ship items have a turn-around time of 3-5 days. Any custom order jewelry may take up to 7 days before it is shipped. Please contact me before placing an order if you require an item sooner. I will do what is possible to accommodate your request. I do my best to ensure your item will be shipped within the posted processing time, but once it is in USPS’s hands, I have no control over the time it will take to reach you. I send all orders out priority mail but USPS has been holding packages for longer so plan accordingly.
Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders on tumblers are currently unavailable. Please leave all custom details in the personalization/notes section to the seller at checkout. If you do not indicate font or color, the default will be whatever is shown in the listing photos.

How to care for your epoxy tumbler

No stainless steel tumbler is dishwasher safe! The high temperature and steam from your dishwasher damages the vacuum seal.
Hand wash only with soft non abrasive cloth.
Do not soak.
Do not leave in the outside heat or in a super hot car.
Do not drop as epoxy may crack and you will be sad.
Do not put in the microwave.

What kind of tumblers do you use?

All tumblers are Hogg brand. All tumblers used are double wall, vacuum sealed stainless steel.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of these items and for hygienic reasons, I don't accept returns or exchanges and any cancellations need to be within 24 hours of ordering. The only exception to this is if I have made a mistake on your order.

Handmade Items

Please remember that these are handmade items, so some slight imperfections may occur but nothing that should effect the overall quality of your tumbler. Although I do try to get as close to perfect as I can, I am not a machine so sometimes minor imperfections like bubbles, tiny bumps or stray glitter can occur. I am covered in glitter daily as is my workstation, my spinners...heck, even the pets! There is likely always going to be stray glitter in every order...it's part of that handmade charm.

Shipping Policies and Damaged Items

All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and a tracking number is attached to your order when the package ships. We do our best to swaddle your products like a newborn but in the event your item is damaged upon receipt, please keep all of the packaging and send me photos of both the shipping box and the damaged tumbler within 48 hours of receiving the package. USPS will likely require the buyer to provide the packaging in person for inspection prior to approving a claim. Failure to provide their required proof can result in a denied claim and I will be unable to replace the item in the instance of a denied claim.
